 TECHNONATURE collection was presented while the gala of a hairdressing company TRENDY in Bielsko-Biała, where there is a registered office of Polish division of the concern. The show was held in the Polish Theatre and among the guests there were the representatives of cosmetic companies, famous hairdressers from all over Poland and a group of stylists from Japan and Europe. During the spectacular and professionally prepared gala you could see the latest cutting techniques accompanied by a dance show, a multimedia presentation and a fashion show. TECHNONATURE project is the outcome of a cooperation of Mariusz Gliwiński (a jewellery designer) with Natasza Pavluchenko (a fashion designer).
The jewellery of TECHNONATURE collection is made of unusual materials which symbolize connections of nature with technology. Integrated circuits, in which processors were replaced by amber, remind of satellite photographs of huge agglomerations, where there are people moving instead of electrons. 
The collection, having its premiere while Fashion and Jewellery Gala at this year’s Amberif, is subject to constant evolution. Both materials used and a form of jewellery elements are transformed. The next TECHNONATURE show is planned during Warsaw Fashion Street and will be directed also for men. Amber lumps will be replaced with raw, not polished fragments of rocks and it is going to emphasize a universal character of the collection. 2007-06-12 |
