Ambermoda in Stockholm

Again, Ambermoda had the honour of representing Poland and the Pomorskie Region abroad - this time in Stockholm at the annual Globe Forum Conference. This prestigious meeting was held on the 7/8 May in the China Theatre and Berns in the centre of the Swedish capital.

This years' theme was "Innovation for Sustainable Growth" - the problems of the fastest developing regions in the world - such as China, India, Central and Eastern Europe. The guests from different countries and representatives of global concerns such as Volvo, SAS or HP were discussing the topics regarding ecology, social needs as well as regional development - subjects that are generally called the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). During the ceremonial gala evening, the chosen companies received awards in several CSR categories. In the meantime, the guests had the possibility to watch Ambermoda presenting the company's newest collection. The Mariusz Gliwinski's company was invited by the Marshall of the Pomorskie Region, Mr Jan Kozlowski (the last exhibition by Ambermoda in cooperation with the Pomorskie Marshall took place in Brussels, in the Comitee of the Regions). "We hope, that thanks to such promotion, amber not only will be the glittering in the flashes of the official meetings next to diamonds but it will also become a strong Polish export brand in Europe" says Mariusz Gliwiński, the owner of Ambermoda.
