Mercurius Gedanensis 2007During the AMBERIF International Fair of Amber, Jewellery and Gemstones t he Jury: Paolo Novembri of the TJF Group (Chairman), President of the Association of Jewellery Experts (SRJ) Tomasz Kłoczewiak, co-owner of the Atelier MJM company Marek Jóźwiak, artist Karol Maciejewski and Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź Andrzej Szadkowski assessed 47 entries submitted by 28 artists and decided to award the following prizes: ![]()
Honourable Mentions: - Wojciech Kalandyk's ART 7 company of Gdańsk for The Stalactite , a necklace made of silver and amber, designed by Maciej Rozenberg, for its international and contemporary design which uses amber in an innovative way. The piece is democratic in character and can be addressed to the international consumer. ![]()
- Paulina Binek of Gdańsk for a necklace and ring made of wool and amber for the piece's conceptual character, an example of the organic approach to design and for the application of natural materials. ![]()

Honourable Mentions: - the Amber Apple company of Gdańsk for the Amber Rex fountain pen by Ryszard Wycichowski made with silver and amber for perfection of workmanship and references to historical functional forms. ![]()
- the Gracja company of Sopot for a knife made with silver and amber by Jarosław Westermark for its technical precision of workmanship. The piece has all the attributes of a functional object combined with high artistic qualities. ![]()
